Three of Wands in Love and Relationships

Description: Looking for things yet to happen.

Interpretations
Three of Wands is an interesting card. It shows the back of a merchant, three ships, ocean and the land across it. Many tarot card readers like to say that these ships are on their way to this merchant’s destination, but the analysis reveals something else! If you closely look at the ships you will notice that they are actually going towards the opposite direction. Meanwhile, if you take a look at the merchant’s back you cannot really say as to what he is looking at. We do not even know whether these ships really belong to him. However, one thing is certain and that is, he is facing the ocean in a relaxed position as depicted by his hand on one of the wands. In a relationship reading, this represents your calm thoughts about your partner, but with a series of questions. The meditation here sometimes can involve reconsideration. The real destiny is unknown, but you do not mind thinking about it realistically. Puppy love has no place here. Neither does the fairy tale. The man in the card is standing outside and the reality is all around him. That is the main point emphasizing thinking realistically. His focus, however, is not just on one thing.

Note that number three is attached to this card. In numerology, meaning of number three is being hopeful with energies going here and there. Once again take a look at the man in the card. He has the sky, ocean, land and ships before him. What this means is that although his feelings are calm, they are going in many different directions. There is still less to worry about, for wands have temporary energy.

Reversed Three of Wands tarot card depicts that you have no time for looking at the bigger picture of your partner and the relationship. Basically, this also causes you not to be hopeful about anything. In short, your relationship at the moment is not your top priority.
